Register by March 18th for the Two Day HTST Training fee of $470.00, after March 18th the fee is $500.00
Register by March 18th for the Three Day HHST Training fee of $620.00, after March 18th the fee is $650.00

Pasteurization Workshop

This 3-day class on pasteurization covers vat, basic High Temperature Short Time (HTST) systems, and on the 3rd day Higher Heat Shorter Time (HHST) systems. Additional discussions on magnetic flow timed systems and systems with auxiliary equipment are included. Hands-on activities are conducted in the WSU Creamery Facilities. Course is suggested for plant operators, maintenance personnel, quality personnel, management and suppliers to the industry.
