In an article by the Business Journal, Dr. Carmen Lincon is recognized for her efforts help dairy processors improve upon nutritious and delicious dairy products and make those products available locally, regionally, and nationally.
Dr. Lincon is the former assistant professor for food processing and engineering at Fresno State’s Department of Food Science and Nutrition and is now Director of the Dairy Products Center at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
